Be Prepared to Respond
When promoting your service or business to prospective customers, be prepared to answer the call. Marketing is not magic but when you promote your business to those who need your service, they’re apt to call. If they call and you are unable to deliver as advertised, you instantly lose credibility.
A plumber once dropped some promotional material at my door which prompted me to respond since I needed the service being offered. I called, scheduled an appointment for the next day and awaited their arrival. Thirty minutes later, after the scheduled appointment, I called this company to find out the status and was met with >>>
