What Are Your Customer’s Saying About You?
Do you care what your customer’s think about your business and the service you offer?
Do you know what they’re saying about you?
Do you know where to look to find out what they’re saying about you?
If your long term objective is to grow your business with or without your direct involvement, it’s in your best interest to motivate a strong following with your customers as they’re apt to tell two friends and so on. Make them mad or better yet make them feel like they’ve just been ripped off and they’re more than likely never to call you again and tell several people what schiesters they think you are.
A good plumber is asking if the customer is satisfied and asking for future business in the event there’s a need. A great plumber is asking the customer to call upon the next next need, asking the customer to refer a friend and asking the customer to complete a survey to help the business improve and then following up to acknowledge receipt of the survey. Why go through all this effort? it’s not only good business, it’s a very effective way to market your business and it enables you to garner your customers to help market your business as well. >>>
